This European program "Leonardo da Vinci, approved in 2008, will transfer a training tool to practice the process of production quality in small and medium food businesses (wine and cheese production) . This training tool will be in the form of a workbook, a CD-Rom and is also accessible on a website. The aim is to encourage these companies to implement HACCP for wine production in Hungary and Romania. The training will consist of two modules, one on methodology and one on practical application, according to a survey among SMEs of both countries on their specific needs. The IFV is the project developer and coordinator M2A Technologies.
